It was developed the concept of energy-element-information function of state f (E,Э,I) of matter (f (E, Э, I)nano f (E, Э, I)mega of physical and biological systems). It is shown the trajectory along which the state of equilibrium of the Earth – the Sun - the Galaxy Physical System and biosystem change while their natural conjoint motion. The formula and technical definition of the life are stated. The egg being the basic Life Model is developed with the use of the Golden Section Principle and the function of state f (E,Э,I). It was substantiated a one of possible methods for increase of the quantity – quality of human life lying in the artificial increase of information constituent (learning and education) of energy-element-information unity f (E, Э, I) of biosystem.

Investigation results of influence of the selective felling with different cutting volumes on structures of the pure beech forests in Zakarpattya are given. Big cutting volume felling changed species composition of the pure beech stand sideways maple and ash participant, but transferred stand structure on more simple and reduced its volume increment. Middle cutting volume felling gave a chance to get a good quality wood together with the stand structure, stand density, and wood volume restoration during next 30 years. Absence of felling promoted a close to virgin forest structure of beech stand.

The results of complete study of phisiology, biochemistry and water exchange property of plants Syringa L., Deutzia Thunb., Philadelphus L. from Dnipropetrovsk botanic garden were obtained. It was established that functions of negentropy (characteristics of different states and determination of systems) and thermodinamic entropy function have correlation between one another and have a direct connection for stability to water stress. Possibilities of using the principles of thermodinamic and theory of information to estimate the structure and function organization of plants were demonstrated in this research. The developed methodology may be used in creation of new principles of express-diagnostic stability of trees’ and bushes’ introduction

Leaf anatomical features of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni and H. minor Mill. from different regions of introduction were studied. We noticed the appearance of xeroform features of a leaf in arid environment, i.e. formation of one layer of palisade mesophyll, larger layers of accumulated parenchyma, appearance of stomata on the upper surface of a leaf, smaller quantity of stomata on the bottom surface and a simultaneous increase in their size. For the both species investigated, we revealed dependence of the section area of gas exchange surfaces of a leaf on mid-annual air temperature. In the case of samples of H. citrina, dependence of leaf thickness, mesophyll, the number of stomata and their size on the annual amount of precipitation was observed. The analysis of samples of H. minor showed the dependence of the quantity and the size of stomata on the bottom surface of a leaf on mid-annual air temperature.

During the research of consortium structure Centaurea jacea L. there was found 11 species of insects-сonsort's – agents of biological control of investigated species and described their life cycles. Four species in larval stages of bioagents eat underground parts (root) severely damaging him. Other seven species feed on rudiments of seed, mature seeds and flower of C. jacea L. affecting on the seeds efficiency. Thus, insects the bioagents are natural regulators of plant-determinant number.

Content and polypeptide composition of the glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) has been studied in cytoskeleton, membrane and soluble fractions of the sand lizard’s brain astrocytes from three ecosystems of different pollution levels. The metabolic disorders in nervous cells came out as increased content of degraded polypeptide fragments of GFAP under the influence of environmental pollution. Molecular parameters of the glia cells’ cytoskeleton in lizards is a valid biomarker of adverse effects of industrial pollution.

Ecological modification of the diplopoda Megaphyllum sjaelandicum (Meinert, 1868) in the Dnipropetrovs’k region environment is analyzed. The most changeable morphometric characteristics between populations are revealed. The forest populations proved to be much more morphologically stable than the city one. Morphometric interconnections within the given species were established with the help of the factor analysis.

We have investigated the Tiligul estuary algae species including red, green and brown macrophytes. It has been determined what is the level of enzymatic activity, protein, carbohydrate, lipidic, nitrogenous metabolism and concentration of macro- and microelements. Apart from macrophytes we have analysed filtering capabilities of tissues and compared it to the biochemical parameters of collected samples containing of mollusca – Mitilaster lineatus and brine shrimp – Artemia salina. For indication of anthropogenic load to the environment, the microbiota content in the coastal aquatory of water was examined. We have found that macrophytes content during summer is rich and has a good enzymatic activity. Another finding is the fact that mollusca – Mitilaster lineatus and brine shrimp – Artemia salina take an active part in self-purification of Tiligul estuary. It was determined that microbiota has antropogenic load to the environment in amount which could be acceptable by nature for self-elimination coliform bacteria which are conditional pathogenic. In conclusion, our investigation has confirmed a clear correlation between isolated bacteries, yeast and fungi. The investigation included parmeters of enzyme activity, concentrations of macro- and micrioelements and metabolism for each isolate of microbiota
